ABOUT US
Peaceful Practice Dental Coaching is a husband-and-wife team dedicated to helping dental practices bring more clarity, structure, and ease into their daily operations. My name is Danniél Stonebreaker, and I serve as the primary coach, working directly inside the practice, while my husband supports the business behind the scenes to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
When a practice is aligned internally, it naturally creates a better external experience. Patients feel at ease, safe, understood, and heard — and that trust becomes the foundation for loyalty and referrals. There is more willingness to move forward with treatment when they feel confident in the care and team behind it.
My goal is to help create five-star patient experiences, where people don’t just receive care, they feel genuinely cared for.
My background in dentistry began in 1993 as a Registered Dental Assistant. Over the years, I’ve advanced into leadership roles as a lead dental assistant and office manager, giving me a strong understanding of both clinical flow and front-office operations. I also bring extensive experience in coaching and mentoring, supporting individuals in improving performance and reaching their goals.
